60 seconds: feet on floor, name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear.
Write one number that you do know (example: how many followers on you social media business account, current checking or savings account balance, one client payment). Celebrate certainty.
Day 2: Gentle Clarity
Open your accounts for 3 minutes. Note: income in, recurring out. No analysis. Just observe and breathe. Close with 3 slow exhales.
Day 3: One Clean Decision
Set or confirm a single price or due date. Announce it (to yourself or a client). Anchor with a glass of water and a thank-you.
Micro-Practices for the Week
Timer Technique: Work money tasks in 10-minute containers.
Grounded Glossary: Define 3 terms that confuse you (MRR, margin, payout, KPI, etc). Simplicity will help you dissolve the fog.
